Mini dresses with extra details
If you do have a forgotten mini dress laying around somewhere, you are halfway done! To REALLY spice things up, go on and DIY some bright and extra details that are twice as big as the dress. Maybe try and do some ruffle action on your shoulders? Extend the length of your dress by adding an insane amount of fluffs and feathers on the bottom? Or just go on and make yourself some wing-like feel by sticking some light but voluminous fabric on the back. The choice is yours!

Color, color, color...
The brighter, the better! At this point, no matter what outfit you will be wearing, make sure it stands out by it‘s color. Even if you don‘t have a specific theme or character in mind, simply hide this fact underneath the bright layers of color. Don‘t stop yourself from layering pieces that don‘t usually go on top of each other, make sure to variate between different textures and volumes of clothing.

Pretend you are somewhere hot and sunny and make yourself look like you are having the best holidays ever. Light, bright, statement, almost see through dresses paired with skinny heels will do the thing. Style your hair with some beachy waves and throw in a couple of floral motives. If you want to be a bit more extra, style the dress with some sparkly tights just as Rihanna does, bringing her inner Latina babe vibes out.
The puffer, bigger and more volumized – the better. Experiment with different fabrics, prints, shades and cuts with no fear of going over the top. Even if your top is more on the simple side, no one will notice that because of your eye-catching flowy maxi skirt.
